Vivo has unveiled the new X200 Pro and X200 Pro Mini smartphones, emphasizing design, camera capabilities, performance, and battery life.
What We Know
Both models are equipped with the latest MediaTek Dimensity 9400 flagship processor, just like the standard X200. The X200 Pro features a 6.78-inch LTPO display with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz, while the X200 Pro Mini boasts a 6.31-inch LTPO screen, also supporting a 120Hz refresh rate. Both smartphones are compatible with Dolby Vision and can achieve a peak brightness of up to 4,500 nits.
The batteries of the devices have higher capacity and utilise Silico Anode technology. The X200 Pro has a 6000 mAh battery, while the X200 Pro mini has a 5700 mAh battery. Both support 90W fast charging and 30W wireless charging.
Both Vivo X200 Pro models feature a triple rear camera setup with Zeiss T* optics and the Vivo V3+ imaging chip. The main camera on both the X200 Pro and X200 Pro Mini is equipped with a 50 MP Sony LYT-818 sensor with an f/1.57 aperture. The X200 Pro includes a 200 MP telephoto lens that offers 3.7x optical zoom, while the X200 Pro Mini has a more straightforward 50 MP telephoto camera with 3x zoom. Both smartphones are also equipped with a 50 MP f/2.0 ultra-wide-angle camera with autofocus and a 32 MP f/2.0 front-facing camera for selfies. Additionally, both devices support 4K HDR video recording at up to 120fps.
The X200 Pro comes in Carbon Black, Titanium Grey, Moonlight White, and Sapphire Blue, whereas the X200 Pro Mini is offered in Titanium Green, Light Pink, Plain White, and Simple Black. In China, the starting price for the X200 Pro is $748, while the X200 Pro Mini begins at $663. Pre-orders are already open, with official sales set to commence on October 19.
