Samsung is preparing to launch its new Galaxy A26 5G smartphone, which recently appeared on Geekbench under the model number SM-A266B.
What We Know So Far:
The device is powered by an Exynos 1280 processor, now with a boosted clock speed of up to 2.6GHz, compared to the standard 2.4GHz version, suggesting a more efficient manufacturing process. It also comes with 6GB of RAM, which is typical for mid-range smartphones in 2024.
The Galaxy A26 is expected to feature an Infinity-O display, similar to the Galaxy A36, and will ship with Android 15. The camera setup will likely resemble that of the Galaxy A25, with a 50-megapixel primary sensor and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera. It is also anticipated to carry over a 5,000mAh battery with 25W fast charging. The official release date and additional details are still to be announced.
