Citizens' Data at Risk of Transfer to China via US Cloud Services

Sources indicate that the US Department of Commerce has begun investigating China Mobile, China Telecom, and China Unicom due to concerns that these companies may be sending US citizens' data to Beijing through their cloud and internet services in the US.
So far, there have been no official statements from government officials in either the United States or China. However, the Chinese Embassy in Washington has expressed hope that the US will "stop oppressing Chinese companies under false pretenses," emphasizing its commitment to protecting the rights and interests of Chinese firms.
Another issue is the potential for China to invade Taiwan by 2027, which could severely impact geopolitical stability in the region.
This situation is particularly crucial for Apple, as much of its production is based in China, and its A and M series chips are manufactured in Taiwan.
