Google is testing the use of blue checkmarks in search results to help users assess the reliability of companies. These marks will appear next to links for verified businesses, building on the brand indicators feature already in use on Gmail.

According to The Verge, some users have begun noticing these checkmarks next to official websites of companies like Microsoft, Meta, Apple, Amazon, and HP. However, the rollout is still limited, and in some instances, the checkmarks have disappeared after users switched accounts.
